First things first…
A few weeks ago, I shared some of my favorite tools to help wedding pros get a handle on client management. Well – I have one more tool to add: Wedding Workbook Pro. - Ability for the client to upload their guest list and track RSVPs (which can also be exported to Excel)

- Automated email can be set up to send your client deadline reminders for important dates, such as payment deadlines
Wedding Workbook Pro can be used by all wedding professionals to streamline their businesses, but the core features are designed for wedding planners and consultants. The greatest feature is that it’s online so multiple users can access the information. When you update the budget, your clients have access to that information in an instant. (No more emailing files back and forth with 100 versions of edits.) This is also a great way to communicate a lot of information to a team of staff. tami brown - I was just telling someone the other day on Twitter that I only use old school worksheets, spreadsheets and lists. The reason is that I haven’t found a program that was easy to use and didn’t make me feel overwhelmed. It looks like this is the answer to my prayers and perhaps could be the end of the paper trail in my office. This tool would help me tremendously and my clients would LOVE it.

Marjorie Flores - Wow- Thanks for this information. I could definitely use this software. Our business has been booming lately and getting a little out of control. This software seems like it can definitely help me with my tasks: when to order new linens for my rentals, when to ship out a particular order. For my brides in wedding planning: tools for both of us to use in budgets and for me to know how much it’ll cost me and how much profit I’ll make. This can be so hard to keep track of as items add on to orders. There are so many ways that it seems like it can help me to have at least a few extra minutes to myself… and now my expecting baby

Dionisa - Wow!! This is exactly what I have been looking for! Business has been slowly picking up but I have been using the old way to manage my clients and business – paper files! Papers everywhere and it scared me that sometimes I can’t find what I need. I need a system that I can access easily and have everything in one place so I am not overwhelmed! This type of communication would make my brides and my life less stressfull. I would also be able to use it for my consulting business since I am now between wedding planning software and not sure what I want to use.

Jessica - Wow! Well, my current project management system involves one yearly planner, two large dry erase boards and daily to-do lists scrawled on notepads. An efficient management system?
