		<description>I have implemented this and it works for me. A lot of my Brides talk to each other rather frequently and it&#039;s good to treat them all with the same level of service. 

I wouldn&#039;t want some of them feeling like someone else is getting a higher quality of service because their budget is bigger or their Wedding is high-end, etc. 

I keep it consisten with follow ups and being genuinely interested in their progress.</description>
