I don’t really like “New Year’s Resolutions”. I think there is something very finite and grandiose about making a resolution. Also, people tend to break resolutions. So, what’s the use? I like to make New Year’s Intentions.

Kelly and I wanted to wish a happy and healthy holiday season! We feel strongly that by taking care of yourself you’ll be better able to take care of all of your commitments: family, friends, business, career, etc. So, focus on health and well-being and everything else will fall into place.
