Tickets Sales and Availability…

Seating is limited to 50 participants.  We anticipate that these workshops will sell out and suggest that you mark your calendar for the dates that tickets go on sale.  Venues will be announced on the date that ticket sales open.  If you have any venue suggestions in your city, please let us know.

What you can expect…

We will have a group of comprehensive speakers to present the Marketing Plan, the Financial Plan, the Operational Plan, and the Company Plan.  Speakers will vary depending on region and market.  We will announce the speakers as we open ticket sales to each city.

Some of the things you will do…

  • Define or refine your mission statement, company objectives, and goals for your business.
  • Create a marketing plan, operational plan, and financial plan for your business.
  • Expand your business mind and broaden your professional horizon.
  • Get your questions answered by wedding pros who have years of experience in the industry.
  • Network and collaborate with other business savvy wedding professionals.

Why? Because…

  • You have never written your business plan but know you should.
  • You have a business plan that is covered in cobwebs (or maybe just a little out of date).
  • You want an easy approach to writing your business plan.
  • You find “strength in numbers” and value business collaboration.
  • You are gearing up for a successful 2010 and want to have a PLAN!

What others are saying…

It was easily the best $ I’ve ever spent on my business, and I can’t thank you all enough for being so generous and just plain SMART. Seriously, these ladies know their stuff! I wish you nothing but success in Dallas, Miami and beyond :) You absolutely deserve it.
– Tara Bliven, Invitation Designer and Owner of Ephemera Letterpress

Thank you Michelle and Kelly for putting together such an awesome workshop. I couldn’t believe how thorough, organized, efficient, and exciting everything was. It really goes to show how much work and love went into making it happen. For that I’m very grateful. I strongly recommend this workshop to anyone in the wedding industry whether they’re just getting started or have been in the business for years. It was applicable to any level.
– Ariel Nay Nebeker, Photographer and Owner of Mew

The Simple Plan is simply fantastic! I could not be happier that I made time to attend. I hope you can offer this many more times – so many wedding professionals NEED this training. Congratulations and thanks!!

November 16, 2009 - 2:11 pm Jessie - Looking forward to seeing where the NJ event will be!

November 18, 2009 - 3:53 pm Cheryl - I just want to add that even though I have purchased business plan products and attended related seminars, that nothing has compared to this jam-packed seminar. The information was presented in a simple way so that someone less analytical like myself wasn't overwhelmed. We all left with a plan outline that, in and of itself, will guide us all. It far exceeded what was advertised and I very happy to have attended. Even a couple of weeks later, the workshop is still chattering in my head and I take every opportunity to continue to revise my plan. Thank you!

November 18, 2009 - 4:06 pm Jana - no phoenix?! boo! :(

November 29, 2009 - 1:51 pm Heather Gardner - Would LOVE LOVE LOVE it if you came to Denver. I probably could get a few attendees to come. :) Keeping fingers crossed!
